Q: Are all items brand new or pre-owned?
All items are brand new unless specified within the description.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info.

We have included a size guide here which is also in the footer of the website.

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. All stock listed online is on hand unless otherwise listed as a pre order.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive a notification email when we ship out your order, it will contain a tracking link.. 

Q: Do you offer insurance with your shipments?
A: Insurance is available is an extra fee. Please select the shipping option with insurance during checkout.

Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia

Q: Do you accept returns?
